KEYSTORM is made and maintained by one person. There is no support desk and no ticket queue. Email reaches me directly and I read all of it.

Put one of these at the front of the subject line so I can sort them:

Subject prefixUse it forWhat helps
BUG Something is broken or behaving wrongly. Your browser and version, solo or multiplayer, and what you were doing when it happened.
WORDS A word that should not be in a list, or a list you want added. Which list, and the specific words.
FEEDBACK The game is too hard, too easy, or something feels wrong. Which difficulty and roughly which wave. Specifics beat impressions.
BUSINESS Advertising, press, or anything commercial. Who you are and what you are proposing.

On bug reports: the most useful line you can include is whether it happens every time or only sometimes. Reproducible problems get fixed the same week. Intermittent ones need the detail.

Things I get asked

Can I use KEYSTORM in a classroom or at work?

Yes, and no permission is needed. It is free, there is no account to create, and nothing is installed. Solo play needs only keystorm.in, so that is the one domain to allow if your network filters traffic.

Do you store my scores?

Not on any server. Your scores, personal bests and per-key statistics live in your own browser's storage, which has two consequences worth knowing. Clearing site data wipes them for good, and a score set on your laptop will not appear on your another device. The privacy page has the detail.

Multiplayer will not connect.

Co-op and versus need a WebSocket connection, which some corporate and school networks block even when the page loads fine. Solo play is unaffected. If it fails on a home connection, that is a bug worth reporting.

Will you add my language?

Not soon. The game only accepts letter keys today, so a language needing accents or a different script is real work rather than a word list swap. Still worth writing in about, because the requests decide the order.

Or go and play it

Most feedback is easier to write after a run or two.
